Please note our standard delivery policy within The United Kingdom will be via post or postal courier and expected delivery times will be within 3 working days on orders placed via our telesales team. International orders will be shipped via UPS which can be tracked/traced via your allocated order number. Postage and packing charges will apply and you will be informed of these and the amounts at time of placing order. If your order is urgent we will do our utmost to accommodate you. We will endeavour to give you delivery date at time of placing your order.

We will not be responsible for any delays via courier or postal service - no refund will be forthcoming if there is a delay on delivery schedule. Our average shipping time of 1-3 days does not constitute UK working days as we have items coming from the EU. We will replace the order once any enquiry by the courier / Postal Service is complete and we have confirmation from them. If we replace the original order after their enquiries are complete (allow 1-2 weeks) there will be no refund on the initial order shipping costs.

If deliveries are stopped by customs, it is your responsibility and no charges / responsibility will be held by The Teeth Whitening Company.

If the chosen courier is not available our next best will be used and products will be sent via the next best service possible.
